Andrea Petrini is a journalist, food writer, and creative advisor. He was born in region of Marche in Italy and has a French residence. Andrea has collaborated with Gambero Rosso, Gault Millau, and Libération and written for Cook_Inc, Biscuit, l‘Express and Le Fooding. He is the French chairman of World’s 50 best and creative director of Gelinaz! and one of the co-founders of Cook It Raw. He spends a large part of the year on the road, traveling throughout the world to discover contemporary cuisine.
