Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall is a well-known British television personality, journalist, celebrity chef, food writer, and “real food” campaigner. He is the host of the River Cottage series on the United Kingdom television broadcaster, Channel 4, in which audiences observe his efforts to become a self-reliant, down-shifted farmer in rural England. Hugh feeds himself, his family, and friends with locally produced and sourced fruits, vegetables, fish, eggs, and meat.
