Thomas Harttung is a biodynamic farmer, forester, and food activist who was named a hero of the environment by Time magazine in 2009. He is the chair of Aarstiderne, an all-organic food provider that he co-founded in 1999. He is also the chair of the Sustainable Food Trust and serves on the boards of MAD and the Nordic Food Lab.
