Massimo Montanari is a leading expert in food history and plays an important role in the popularization of scientific research to the general public. Massimo is currently professor of Medieval History at the University of Bologna in Italy. He has been invited as visiting professor to a number of leading universities in Europe, Japan, the United States, Mexico and Canada.

In his MAD2 talk, he talks about the potentials of interactivity in the dining experience.
