For the first time ever in Los Angeles, MAD’s conversation series brings together food lovers and members of the hospitality industry with a mission to inspire, empower, and enable positive change. Featuring Douglas McMaster of Silo London, the world’s first zero-waste restaurant, as well as a practical skill-building exercise typically reserved for students of MAD Academy’s five-day courses.
