Together with Audi of America, MAD is delighted to present an evening of dialogue and community around vital food topics that shape the world we live in. For the first time ever in Los Angeles, MAD’s conversation series brings together food lovers and members of the hospitality industry with a mission to inspire, empower, and enable positive change. Featuring Douglas McMaster of Silo London, the world’s first zero-waste restaurant, as well as a practical skill-building exercise typically reserved for students of MAD Academy’s five-day courses.
