Third MAD Symposium | Guts

25-26 August 2013

With a lineup curated by David Chang and the team of Lucky Peach, guests and speakers shared visceral stories of strength, persistence, risk-taking, and embracing failure at the third MAD Symposium, GUTS. Guided by the simple belief that people interested in food might benefit from pushing to learn more, speakers braved the challenge of reflecting on the stories and ideas that most don’t typically dare or get the opportunity to tell.
