VILD MAD Festival
On August 27 2017, in Naturpark Amager (Amager Fælled), the largest and most ambitious wild food event in Denmark took place. The VILD MAD festival invited all to come out and discover wild ingredients, during the season for berries, mushrooms, and late summer herbs. In the company of rangers, chefs and local experts, the Danish public foraged, sampled new flavours, and enjoyed a day outdoors in the Danish landscape.
