Qualifications
We expect you to bring a transformative mind- and skillset to create and refine programs that achieve MAD’s ambitious training goals and inspire a new generation of leaders.
Following this, we are looking for someone with:
- Strategic foresight – and an ability to bind together long-term goals with short-term action
- Determination and a strong sense of purpose that drives change
- A motivation to bring joy and inspiration to the team and workplace
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, also including the ability to see and communicate hospitality’s role in solving social and environmental challenges
- Networking and community-building skills that make MAD a lasting network for alumni and an attractive community to become a part of and contribute to
- An ability to work in a multicultural organisation based in Copenhagen with a significant amount of cooperation with U.S-based funders
- Significant experience developing and managing leadership or social impact programs focused on environment, leadership, hospitality, or leadership skill-building
- Significant teaching, training, facilitation, and/or curriculum design experience
- A strong technological optimism, ready to embrace the learning and community-building opportunities that new technologies offer
We expect you to have a strong understanding of hospitality – maybe as a former chef, restaurateur or leader within the industry. However, we welcome candidates from a broad variety of backgrounds with a passion for this work.
