Psychological Safety in the Restaurant Industry

In order to help Copenhagen’s restaurants and bars foster a workplace environment where every employee feels valued, respected, and free to express their ideas and opinions, MAD is offering a series of workshops on psychological safety for the hospitality industry.

Our second workshop will be held on Oct 30 at our headquarters in Copenhagen. Let by Elin Ferm of Norm Critical Consulting, this afternoon-long workshop is tailored specifically to front- and back-of-house staff in non-managerial positions. It will give participants the opportunity to share their experiences and equip them with skills and techniques for encouraging transformation to a more inclusive workplace.

Please note: all workshops will be held IN PERSON here in Copenhagen. Sign up here!
