These general terms and conditions (the “General Terms”) apply to all services rendered and any use of the donation platform offered by MADFeed, Toldbodgade 12, Baghus, 3&4 sal, 1253 København K, Denmark, CVR: 34542236 (“MADFeed”, “we”, or “us”) to you as our user or donor (“you” or “Donor”).
You may only use our services if you accept these General Terms. By engaging with MADFeed, including making a donation, you agree to be bound by these General Terms.
Any changes to these General Terms require written consent from MADFeed. We do not accept differing or conflicting terms proposed by you, even if we are made aware of them.
1. Our Services and Your Use of Them
1.1 MADFeed provides a platform for individuals to make monetary donations in support of our projects and initiatives, accessible via www.madfeed.co.
1.2 To make a donation, you must provide your name, email address, and payment information. You are responsible for ensuring that your data is accurate and up to date.
1.3 You must prevent unauthorized access to your device and personal data. You are responsible for any activity conducted using your information unless due to a fault on MADFeed’s part.
1.4 You must not (i) use another person’s identity to make a donation; (ii) provide false information; or (iii) access our donation platform in any unauthorized manner or for any illegal or unethical purpose, including but not limited to introducing malware or disruptive code.
1.5 MADFeed uses WordPress.com as our hosting platform and WooCommerce to manage and process donations.
1.6 While we endeavor to maintain 24/7 access to the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
2. Donations and Acknowledgment
2.1 By completing the donation process, you are making a voluntary, non-refundable contribution to MADFeed in support of our mission.
2.2 You will receive a confirmation email upon successful receipt of your donation. This confirmation does not constitute a tax receipt unless specified.
2.3 Donations may be one-time or recurring, based on the selection you make during the donation process.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 All donations must be paid immediately upon submission using one of the accepted payment methods, which may include credit cards, debit cards, or other options as listed on the donation page.
3.2 All amounts are listed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated. MADFeed reserves the right to update payment methods or currency options at any time.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1 Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe an error has been made in connection with your donation, please contact us at info@madfeed.co within 14 days of the transaction.
4.2 Refunds, if granted, will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 You may cancel recurring donations at any time via your donor account or by contacting us directly.
5. Data Protection
5.1 MADFeed processes your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on www.madfeed.co, including design, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of MADFeed or our partners, unless otherwise stated.
6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our explicit written consent.
7. Liability
7.1 MADFeed’s liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Danish law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7.2 Our total liability in connection with any donation will not exceed the amount you donated.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 If any provision of these General Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
8.2 MADFeed may transfer its rights and obligations under these General Terms to a third party without your consent.
8.3 These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the City Court of Copenhagen, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
