About MAD

MAD is a global nonprofit based in Copenhagen. We’re on a mission to equip the next generation of food industry professionals with the knowledge, tools, and inspiration they need to make their businesses thrive, their industry fair, and the world’s food systems truly sustainable.

Founded by René Redzepi of restaurant noma, MAD’s educational courses, public events, and publications help chefs and other professionals working in food lead the change that their industry—and the planet—need. Our programs and content have reached millions of people in over 90 countries.
